   Massage Therapy 

I completed 700 hours of massage therapy training at Sedona School of Massage, in Sedona, AZ and graduated with a massage license in January, 2024. I worked at Synergy Wellness Center in 2024, mostly working with Veterans.  I currently work at Praha Spa and Salt in Naples, FL, and I am now also opening my private practice in Fort Myers, FL. My training.  I enjoy the most incorporating blends of techniques into massages, such as my Therapeutic Massage, which combines Swedish and Connective Tissue Techniques.  Or, I enjoy incorporating Craniosacral work into massage sessions as well.

I began studying Craniosacral Therapy before my Massage training, in 2014 with Ellen Mossman. I fell in love with the work immediately, or knew it was something I wanted to "pursue," or fall into.  Along the way, I studied workshops with other CST teachers Carol Grey, Ryan Hallford, Michael Shea, and 3 modules with Body Intelligence.  I am continuing my CST studies in with Georgia Milne in April, 2026.  I lean more toward practicing Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and thus far have studied more of its principles than Biomechanical approaches. It basically means that I learned to practice and listen from a neutral place, and to allow for a safe space for the body to unfold and heal.  I am only offering a hybrid of CST and massage at this time, and not full sessions in primarily CST.
