   Massage Therapy 

I completed 700 hours of massage therapy training at Sedona School of Massage, in Sedona, AZ and graduated with a massage license in January, 2024. I worked at Synergy Wellness Center in 2024, mostly working with Veterans. I am now opening my private practice in Florida. My training in Craniosacral Therapy over the many years has informed how I work more intuitively with Myofascial release.  I also like to incorporate Craniosacral holds into my massages, if it also makes sense to the client's desires and needs.

I find it effective to incorporate about 5% to 10% of Craniosacral Therapy work blended with my massage work, if it is something the client wants. I like to use it lightly in my massage work for helping with sciatica or other chronic pain issues.  I began studying Craniosacral Therapy before my Massage training, back in 2014 with Ellen Mossman. I fell in love with the work immediately, or knew it was something I wanted to pursue.  Along the way, I studied with other CST teachers Carol Grey, Ryan Hallford, Michael Shea, and 3 modules with Body Intelligence.  I am currently enrolled for April, 2026 to complete CS1 as I begin my training with The Upledger Institute.

 

***I am not currently offering full Craniosacral Therapy Sessions, but only incorporating minimally into massage work at client's request***
